LOL. What else can I say? As you can read here, they went from 477 permanent maps to 449. Of the 28 maps in the difference, 11 were mine... I think one mod likes me a little too much or one dislikes me a little too much--or both. Of course "permanent" has long since lost its meaning, but still...

I made seven new maps last night and all were deleted in the morning--well before they could've gotten 100 votes. Must've been a mod? I reuploaded them anyway.

    I was there during the screening of the permanent maps. I'm a big fan of your maps, so it was really painful to watch them get de-perm'd. Most of the time, they were saying how the maps were just copies of the same concept, and that they were boring or too slow (ex: button rides, even though you used more runes to make up for the ones pushing right on the way back). Anyway, it wasn't just one mod doing the deciding. The screening room decisions were made with a voting system of 10-ish mice. I was against a lot of the deleting, but sorry for your loss.

  2. Actually I think a lot of my maps shouldn't have been made permanent in the first place. I mean, they're nice, but I don't think they're worthy of being permanent. So I agree with the voting, although I'd also add in the exploding ground maps--people just love them. And... maybe I'd add in a few dead maps too. :)

    A separate note: Of the seven new maps, all of which I uploaded at the same time, Groundhog Day is dead, and the others are at 20, 27, 21, 23, 31, and 20 votes. I don't get it.
